Burrito BLT Wrap
Ingredients
2 cups bite-size pieces lettuce
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 large tomato, chopped (1 cup)
6 flour tortillas (8-10 inches)
Directions
- Toss all ingredients except tortillas.
- Place lettuce mixture on tortillas.
- Fold up bottom third of each tortilla; roll up to form a cone shape with folded end at bottom.
Note: Add whatever you like to tortilla's, scrambled eggs & bacon, cooked chicken & your favorite cheese, ground beef, pulled pork...and cheese, cheese, cheese. Your only limited by your imagination!
