No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake
So easy you really don't even need a recipe!
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cool whip
10 oz. blueberry pie filling
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cool whip
10 oz. blueberry pie filling
Directions:
- Graham Cracker Crust
- Beat together cream cheese, sugar & vanilla.
- Fold in cool whip.
- Spoon filling into prepared pie crust.
- Spread blueberry topping on top.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.
