Jack Daniels Vanilla Cupcakes



Jack Daniels Vanilla Cupcakes


Ingredients:
 
1 ¾ cups plus 2 tbps flour
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup butter (at room temperature)
1 ½ cups sugar
3 eggs
¾ cup whole milk
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 F.

  • Beat butter and sugar.  
  • Add eggs one at a time.  
  • Add vanilla.  
  • Combine dry ingredients and milk, alternating a little dry, then milk, etc. 
  • Divide into muffin tins. 
  • Bake for 20 mins until tester comes out clean.  
  • Cool completely before frosting.

Frosting:


3 sticks soft butter
3-3/4 cup powdered sugar
9 tsp cocoa powder
6 tsp milk
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tsp. Jack Daniels

 
Put all ingredients in a bowl and with an electric mixer, combine until fluffy.
