3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk

  • Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, cut stick of butter into small squares and cut into dry ingredients.

  • On floured surface, with rolling pin, roll out to about 1/2 inch thick and with round cookie cutter, cut out rolls.
  • Place your cut out biscuits on a baking sheet and put in the fridge for 10 minutes; this is what makes them sky high.
