6 oz cooked chicken (chopped)
4 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 can refridgerated Dinner Rolls rolls
2 Tsp melted butter
3/4 cup seasoned Bread Crumbs

Directions:

  • In a bowl combine chicken, mushroom, green onion, pepper, mixed herbs or cajun spices and cream cheese.
  • Unfold rolls. Split each in half.
  • Add a 1/4 cup dollop of the chicken mixture to the center of each roll, spread evenly and top with the other half of the roll.

Line them up on parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, covering loosely with aluminum foil until the last five minutes.
