Quick and Easy Chicken Sliders
This has the advantage of being the near perfect use for one of those rotisserie chickens.
Ingredients:
6 oz cooked chicken (chopped)
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup mushroom (chopped)
1/2 cup mushroom (chopped)
2 Tsp green onion (diced)
1 Tbsp mixed herbs (use a pkt of make your own dressing or Cajun spices)

1 can refridgerated Dinner Rolls rolls
2 Tsp melted butter
3/4 cup seasoned Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F
- Put a pizza stone in a cold oven and preheat it while you preheat the oven. It should be HOT to cook the base of the slider from the bottom up.
- In a bowl combine chicken, mushroom, green onion, pepper, mixed herbs or cajun spices and cream cheese.
- Unfold rolls. Split each in half.
- Add a 1/4 cup dollop of the chicken mixture to the center of each roll, spread evenly and top with the other half of the roll.Line them up on parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, covering loosely with aluminum foil until the last five minutes.
