(Fruit)berry & Vanilla Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt, divided
1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries, or raspberries, or blueberries, etc. (See Note below)



Directions:


  • Combine about half of the yogurt in a medium bowl with berries. 
  • Using a fork, mash together berries and yogurt enough to color the yogurt but still leave chunks of fruit.
  • Alternating, spoon berry yogurt and plain yogurt into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze.

Note: This recipe was first listed as Blackberry & Vanilla Yogurt Popsicles, but you can use any fruit berry, or even substitute banana or pineapple, see where your imagination takes you.
