Blueberry Boy Bait

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2/3 cup butter
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs, separated
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups blueberries

Directions

1. Mix together flour, sugar, & butter.
2. Reserve 3/4 cup of this mixture for topping.
3. To remainder, add salt, baking powder, vanilla, milk, & egg yolks.
4. Blend well.
5. Beat egg whites until firm; fold into batter and pour into 9" X 13" baking pan.
6. Sprinkle blueberries over top, and then remainder of reserved flour/sugar/butter mixture.
7. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
