Holy Moly Guacamole Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) salt
  • 1/2 tsp. (2 mL) freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Halve and pit the avocados. Scoop out the flesh of the avocados with a spoon into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocados with a fork, leaving them somewhat chunky.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and fold everything together to mix.
  • TIP: For some heat, add 1 pickled jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped.
